https://github.com/conda-forge/rasterio-feedstock/blob/main/recipe/bld.bat#L8 needs to be changed to %PYTHON% setup.py build_ext -I"%LIBRARY_INC%" -lgdal -L"%LIBRARY_LIB%" install --single-version-externally-managed --record record.txt (-lgdal_i -> -lgdal)
