Turn on YAeHMOP integration #37

It would be useful if we could turn the RDKit's YAeHMOP integration in conda-forge (that's -D RDK_BUILD_YAEHMOP_SUPPORT=ON in the cmake flags) for all platforms.

If you guys are ok with the idea, I can do the PR.
