rust-src has a wrong install prefix. #143

Solution to issue cannot be found in the documentation.

Issue

Rust-src should be installed at $MAMBA_ROOT_PREFIX/Library. After I installed rust-src on windows, I still get "Is rust-src installed? can't load standard library from sysroot" from the rust-analyzer extension in vscode.
