Not actually out yet, but let's make sure the CI works first.

Fixes #3, fixes #4, and fixes #5.

Will add rxcpp as a dep once it's in conda-forge (https://github.com/conda-forge/staged-recipes/pull/4501).

Not sure about the CircleCI failure though:

CircleCI passed earlier for basically the same config, and just living dangerously w.r.t. Travis....
