Solution to issue cannot be found in the documentation.

Issue

It seems that development has stalled in the provided upstream links. https://github.com/shogun-toolbox/shogun

This feedstock is showing up as a blocker to many migrations.

Seeing as this feedstock hasn't been updated in a long time, I'm going to archive it so it helps the bots finish migrators.

Should anybody want to take on this feedstock, please contact conda-forge/core
