I think that depends primarily on QT: https://github.com/conda-forge/qt-feedstock/pull/217 Once QT is split up, only PyQT is left (And I think already being worked on) and then Spyder should be possible. I already asked for it in https://github.com/conda-forge/conda-forge-pinning-feedstock/pull/2283 so it should show up on the status page.

@BastianZim summarized the situation pretty well for us. @andfoy (one of our core developers) has been working during the last months on updating Qt/PyQt to 5.15 and, at the same time, creating packages for osx-arm64
.
Once that's done, Spyder will be available on that architecture (all our other dependencies have already packages for it).
This can be closed now 🎉
Yep, you're right. Arm64 packages should be available in three to six hours in the Conda-forge channel.
Actually, the CDN has been doing better so hopefully even sooner! :)
Solution to issue cannot be found in the documentation.
