Release pin on qdarkstyle just a little bit

I know that you are quite conservative with pinnings due to the size of this project, but I think it should be pretty safe to release this, unless I am mistaken.

That is the pin in master and the 5.x branch of Spyder itself so probably shouldn't be changed here first, so I mentioned this in https://github.com/spyder-ide/spyder/issues/20363 to get the ball rolling on changing it upstream
