Update recipe files to 6.0.0 version

Attempt to update recipe for version 6.0.0 manually taking files over the dev branch for simplicity. Any feedback is appreciated @ccordoba12 @mrclary

Also, updates recipe to follow changed dependencies version constraints for 6.0.0:

• qtconsole >=5.6.0,<5.7.0
• spyder-kernels >=3.0.0,<3.1.0
