Additional comments

This package is required to get unbuffer to work on macOS when you have conda installed.

There is already a user channel package for Linux, but not for mac: https://anaconda.org/Eumetsat/expect

There is a brew package for macOS, but unbuffer doesn't work if you have conda installed due to some path issues, apparently. See here, where the recommended solution is to install the Linux expect conda package: https://askubuntu.com/a/1084643/686407

It would be great if there was an official conda-forge version of expect for macOS, at least.
