Probably needs the java bridge, which is hard.

Though, it seems to already exist on bioconda. https://bioconda.github.io/recipes/cellprofiler/README.html#package-cellprofiler

I'm not too sure what the policy of repackaging bioconda stuff.

The master branch of cellprofiler has moved to scyjava, which should make this much easier once released, see: https://github.com/CellProfiler/core/blob/c9fb56fc1f87bf290826988ba4202af5ca4dbe45/setup.py#L37
