Package webkitgtk #6157

Would be good to package webkitgtk. This is needed by wxpython.

Depends on libsecret, which is being worked on in PR ( https://github.com/conda-forge/staged-recipes/pull/4858 ). This is now complete.

Also requires libsoup ( https://github.com/conda-forge/staged-recipes/issues/6243 ) and libgudev ( https://github.com/conda-forge/staged-recipes/issues/6244 ), which are currently not packaged.

Hmm... I used a CDT pkg for the webkitgtk dep: https://github.com/AnacondaRecipes/wxpython-feedstock/blob/4.0.2/recipe/meta.yaml#L50

Not saying it wouldn't be nice to actually have it as a conda pkg!
