ArrayFire #987

This is a reminder to myself to try packaging ArrayFire. It's a pretty nice looking GPU library and it would be nice to have it be conda-installable. Here are some installation docs.

Any clue how to do this? They have some official bash scripts to install ArrayFire but they are very large in size. For example, the installation script for Linux is 931 MB.
