Enable ppc64le builds #52

Add ppc64le builds using Travis CI

I just wanted to let you know that I linted all conda-recipes in your PR (recipe) and found it was in an excellent condition.

I do have some suggestions for making it better though...

For recipe:

license_file entry is missing, but is expected.

I don't really have experience with POWER builds, but as far as I can tell this looks okay and the CI seems happy.

Most of the hardware specific code should be in the blas packages underneath. Otherwise it's usually "Linux is Linux". I can help maintain on the ppc64le if needed.
