Would it be possible to "formalize" this with upstream via this process? They already "support" (meaning they list them in the build repo) a list of community builds including Intel, IBM, ROCM, etc. https://github.com/tensorflow/community/blob/master/sigs/build/community-builds.md

Maybe more a headache than a solution tbf
