Curl library missing when installing on windows #56

Solution to issue cannot be found in the documentation.

Issue

When I try to run tesseract on windows I get a 'curl.dll' missing error. This is fixed if I explicitly install curl using 'conda install curl'.

Installed packages

Sorry - I'm reporting this from my main computer, not the windows computer.

The missing libraries are 'curl', 'libcurl', 'krb5', 'libssh2'.

Environment info

Conda version 4.8.3
conda-build version 3.18.11
python version 3.8.3.final.0  (but python version installed in environment is 3.11.0)
