This PR re-adding the tests to the distribution was merged upstream: https://github.com/rhiever/tpot/pull/649

When https://github.com/rhiever/tpot/pull/646 lands, and upstreams are available, the feedstock should:

add optional deps (skrebate, scikit-mdr, pyxgboost) to the test:requires
run the unit tests

Yup, looks like this was fixed by #4 !
