Enable the STK package in Trilinos, which should be the last of the Primary Stable packages.

STK cannot be built as a shared library on MacOS due to circular dependencies. See Trilinos #2994. It's not clear why the circular dependencies at the root of the problem don't create an issue on Linux, but they do on MacOS. I'm going to close this until the issue is resolved....
