Hello, The license file contained within vc14_runtime claims that neither the software nor the license are allowed to be shared. But the package appears to be built entirely from microsoft's redistributable packages.

Is it permissible to distribute a conda-pack archive or a constructor installer which includes vc14_runtime?

I found this Microsoft article which might offer some clarification... I need to read it more carefully but at a glance it seems that including the files is allowed, so that is good https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/cpp/windows/determining-which-dlls-to-redistribute?view=msvc-170
