DO NOT MERGE: A test of libpng on OSX #112

We want to see which version of libpng cmake picks up on OSX in CI. It seems to be picking up a system version rather than the conda-forge package.

This is to try to debug #109 and https://gitlab.kitware.com/vtk/vtk/-/issues/17817
