after recent changes to vtk-feedstock (now depending on sysroot 2.17?), the visan-feedstock build is broken. it complains about missing GLIBC symbols. we can work around this by also moving to sysroot 2.17 for visan, but after doing this it complains about missing GLIBCXX symbols.. that can be worked around by dropping the 'cdt' dependencies from the build section..
