Use conda-forge's cuda packages instead of image CUDA package on Windows with CUDA 12 #18

Solution to issue cannot be found in the documentation.

Issue

Just noticed that in https://github.com/conda-forge/warp-lang-feedstock/blob/585830e4ee469711732164a5c7fc4987d6e26a28/recipe/bld.bat#L9 we are using the CUDA provided by the image, but we should instead used the cuda installed via conda since CUDA 12.* . No need to fix this now, I just wanted to report it somewhere.
