Document PRs from org forks do not have a "allow edit" box to check #4

I've tried to rerender a recipe in a PR from a repo owned by our GIthub Org https://github.com/conda-forge/pymor-feedstock/pull/9 I was very confused about this comment since I couldn't find that box. I didn't find any info on what I should do instead or how I can make the box appear until I noticed here that it only mentions "forks owned by your user account". So I tried the same PR from my personal account and indeed the checkbox was there (and even default checked).
Maybe the notice can be changed to make this more clear? Or the PR template?
