I am trying to avoid actually being a maintainer of xesmf. Would be better to add @huard or other members of this team: https://github.com/orgs/pangeo-data/teams/xesmf/members

@huard I created and uploaded the artifact in the existing 0.4.0 tag, see https://github.com/pangeo-data/xESMF/releases/tag/v0.4.0.

This recipe now points to that artifact and we should be able to continue release on GitHub only until the PyPI situation is resolved.
