Didn’t notice the test failures when I approved; sorry I probably don’t have time to help today.

Doesn't matter. It is only PyPy on MacOS. I do not really care that much for PyPy (I think speed is better served by using better C-extensions). And it is impossible to find any documentation on how to enable conda packages on pypy. Basically, it is only enabled when the bot comes along. Apparently it did not enable pypy for MacOS on python isal. So I disabled that just now.

More importantly windows users get access to python-isal trough conda with this PR.
