DOC - Fix Storybook docs #352

Description

As I was working on the release, I noticed the gh-pages action has been failing as a consequence of recent changes/reorg (see: https://github.com/conda-incubator/conda-store-ui/actions/workflows/pages.yml)

This PR fixes the build and makes some typo fixes

@trallard Thanks for this PR. I'm actually removing almost all the docs pages from storybook in #349. I'm sorry you already put in the work to update the docs. However, I'll move the relevant changes in this PR to our Docusaurus docs (where we migrated the UI docs).

If it's OK with you, I'll close this PR but assign it to myself and make a note in the relevant docs-issue to incorporate changes from this PR & add you as a co-author there. Please feel free to reopen if needed. :)
