[DOC] Duplicate image in docs folder #725

Context

There is a duplicate image in the docs folder:

docusaurus-docs/conda-store-ui/images/version-select.png and docusaurus-docs/conda-store-ui/images/versions-view.png

show the same image

Value and/or benefit

cleanup on aisle 5

Anything else?

Based on the work being done in https://github.com/conda-incubator/conda-store-ui/pull/346, I recommend versions-view.png be removed and version-select.png be kept.
