This pull request:

Updates the title and description metadata used in the conda-store landing page, which also propogates to open-graph cards used in Slack, social, etc.

Use the preview link: https://deploy-preview-774--kaleidoscopic-dango-0cf31d.netlify.app, on Slack or elsewhere. Inspect the preview for accurate og:title & og:descripton

The favicon is also missing from the card as well. Not sure where that gets picked up from. It works for the nebari website.

I looked into this for a few minutes, but I couldn't find where the issue was. I've opened https://github.com/conda-incubator/conda-store/issues/788 to track this so that we can unblock this PR for now.
