[BUG] - Favicon not displayed in docs social graph #788

Describe the bug

Social graph does not display the conda-store favicon:

Originally noticed by @dharhas in https://github.com/conda-incubator/conda-store/pull/774. The displayed title and description are updated in this PR.

Expected behavior

We see the Favicon, like:
