Sort environments by creation order #34

I would like to propose adding option to sort environments autocompletion by their creation date (most recent first) My use case for this: When I create an environment I would often use it compared to others and having environments sorted this way allows me to do triple tab and get an environment I want.

@m-novikov thank you very much for this feature. I tested it locally and it seems to work very well. I think I will adopt this as my local default!
