Update the Anaconda distribution to 2021.11

The docs for 2022.05 should be these ones: https://docs.anaconda.com/anaconda/packages/py3.7_linux-64/

Unfortunately the link is not versioned. This one is (https://anaconda.org/anaconda/anaconda/files?version=2022.05) but the metapackage information for py37 cannot be linked directly.

That said, we can go for 2022.05 using the first URL I propose, and maybe change the wording so it says something like "at the time of writing...".

I updated miniconda as you suggested as well as anaconda to 22.05. Changed some of the wording in comments and readme.

condacolab 0.1.4 released with the new URLs. I also updated our custom Mambaforge installers to conda 4.14 :)
