Handling R/CONDA_R correctly #73

After some discussion with @johanneskoester and @mingwandroid , it seems that R is not being handled in conda-build-all as it is in conda-build. Namely it sounds like it should be searching for r-base and using that as part of the matrix and not r. Please feel free to correct me if I am mistaken.

Added PR ( https://github.com/SciTools/conda-build-all/pull/74 ), which I think fixes this. Please take a look.
