Migrate history from conda-forge #88

Continuing from the discussion near the tail end of issue ( https://github.com/conda-forge/conda-execute-feedstock/issues/17 ).

Would like to figure out how we preserve the history from the conda-forge fork of conda-build-all. In particular the history from issue/PR discussions should they need to be revisited. One option might be to migrate the issues/PRs to this repo somehow (though not sure of a tool to do this for PRs). Another option would be to migrate that repo over here and note that it is historic. Though if there are other options, would be interested to hear them.

@jakirkham - this got done, right? https://github.com/conda-forge/conda-build-all shows a deprecated README.

This is referring to the discussions under issues and PRs in the conda-forge repo. So this isn't done.
