[Governance] Access to Settings in this repo #276

The constructor team is supposed to have commit rights here, yet we can't merge anything due to the CI configuration. We can't change that due to insufficient permissions so... is there a chance someone can remove the "required" CI items to unblock the backlog? Thanks 🙏

Adding to this, that I have maintainer rights here but also cannot merge. For simplicity, I would also be happy to join the constructor team.

Apologies for the slow reply to this, I'm concerned you can't do this, let's find a way to unblock you all.

@conda/constructor Could you please confirm to @xhochy if he could join the constructor team (assuming the request is still valid)?

Since this has been marked as stale, I take it this has been resolved?

I would still have this to happen as the issue has been resolved for the team but not me. I'm still struggling where we manage these teams.
