@marcoesters I think there's something wrong in the checks because these tests did pass and we have a report here anyway :/

Sorry, I forgot to close the issue. They actually did fail the first time: https://github.com/conda/constructor/actions/runs/9008857958/job/24751844358

Retrying got them to succeed - we may want to implement an auto-close feature though.
