We are working to implement an updated workflow for syncing standard files various projects within the conda org.
This new workflow is a decentralized pull workflow and replaces the prior workflow which is a centralized push workflow. The decentralized nature of the new workflow also means we can pull files from any repository on GH. So instead of defining the source of truth in conda/infrastructure we can instead define them in the most appropriate repository, in the case of the short version of conda's CoC that would be here in conda/governance.
