Include link to Anaconda status page in README #733

What is the idea?

In order to more easily check the Anaconda status page, it would be great to include the link in the README

Was meaning this repo's README specifically, but it could make sense in other places

Suggested here since folks raising infra issues (with Anaconda.org) might appreciate seeing the status before raising (to see if it is a known issue)
