Anaconda.org rendering in Safari on macOS has mobile looking layout #799

What happened?

Recently I tried loading an Anaconda.org page and noticed the following layout. It appears the logo has turned into a banner. Also some of the menus are scrunched into the left side of the page as links.

Switching to private browsing does not show the same issue.

If I had to guess, maybe Safari is being identified as mobile. However Safari can also be used on laptops or iPads (where different layouts may be more appropriate). There may be other issues going on here that I'm missing
