Description

There are a few Windows-specific gotchas to point out in the documentation.

Directories may not show up in the Start Menu on Windows 11. This is due to Windows 11, not menuinst, but can confuse developers (i.e., it confused me)
Discuss migrating pywscript and pyscript to menuinst v2. These have been removed, but the quick flashing of the console window could be a deal-breaker to some developers. I added a section to show how to restore old behavior in menuinst v2.
