Required to agree vs. required to comply #113

"agree" seems a little abstract and more than a little problematic to police, no?

Hi @opinxit and thanks for this contribution! Both the original and suggested wording raise questions.

Since this will probably not be handled properly until a consensus has been reached in #26, and that this change would need to be reflected in other translations, I am closing this PR for the moment.
