Adapt American English translation to a Slack instance #123

Find and replace on conference staff for channel admin and then conference for slack channel

Hi @jimmyp! Thanks for adapting this code of conduct to a Slack instance 🙂

This cannot be merged as such, as it would overwrite the current “conference” style, and would need to be mirrored to all translations.

There seems to be, with both this example and #47, a use-case for variations of this code of conduct. The current best solution is that you maintain your own fork of this one, which is just a template and fully usable as such.
