Adding a list of conferences using the code.

I don't think this is a good idea. Partly because every conference should have a CoC (be it this one or their own), partly because (I believe) this CoC repo should serve a single purpose (i.e. have content for a CoC) and partly because it feels (to me) like some kind of exclusive list.

I think there might be a purpose for that list on the web somewhere, but I don't think it's here.

Others might be able to chime in with an opinion.
