So, based on how the URL structure works, since the URL will be [code].confcodeofconduct.com, I think it should be se-index.html
.

I think sv-index.html makes more sense as the other languages seem to go by ISO 639-2, except Traditional Chinese. I'm not sure what kind of code tw is. The Brazilian Portuguese is also using the full locale code, which is probably preferable for all of them if you want something really future proof ;) That'd be sv-se in this case.

Isn't swedish .se? The file should match the language code, and we'll need to get a +1 from another Swedish speaker - otherwise thank you!
