Adapt the language to target communication channels #90

Today the code focus only in conferences, I think that can be focus on community too, citing "conferences and/or communication channels" For example, in PHPSP community in Brazil we use the Slack or IRC to talk, and this code can be applied perfectly.

Same use-case as in #47 and #123. Not exact duplicates though.
