Create a permanent "webinar-next" on the website #36

There should be a link, "http://confidentialcomputing.io/webinar-next", which always points (via redirect) to the next webinar.

That link should also be right above the "CCC Intro" webinar here: https://confidentialcomputing.io/webinars/

It should be a header that tells you the date / time of the next webinar, along with a link to "register now".
