podvm-mkosi Makefile broken #1844

I'm seeing the following error:

src/cloud-api-adaptor/podvm-mkosi on main 
❯ make
make: /home/katexochen/katexochen/cloud-api-adaptor/src/cloud-api-adaptor/hack/yq-shim.sh: No such file or directory
../Makefile.defaults:22: *** cloudimg.ubuntu.focal.amd64.url is not set, and could not be automatically set from /home/katexochen/katexochen/cloud-api-adaptor/src/cloud-api-adaptor/versions.yaml.  Stop.
