Improve the SEV guide #121

asciidoctor is not included by some distros, at least in a freshly installed Ubuntu Server 22.04 LTS.

The doc enters wrong folder when configuring attestation-agent.

Happy to approve structure of changes but feel it would need someone closer to Sev effort to verify no longer installing asciidoctor won't cause any problems.

This PR adds asciidoctor to installation steps, which is required.
