update release v0.6.0 docs for enclave-cc #128

We've already tagged the docs for 0.6.0, but I guess it doesn't hurt to add amendments for historical purposes.

AFAICS the release notes links points to the latest in main so users would get to see this update too.

Yes, we don't really use the tags for much in this repo. Since we already delineate the release notes by version, it's not clear that we even really need the tags. I guess it allows people to go back and see the other docs (like the quickstart) for a given version. Might be more important when the documentation is more complete.
