@fitzthum do you want to commit this as the base and then people give separate PRs or do you want to hash out most of the deltas on this PR?

Thanks @stevenhorsman Yes, measured boot image is a new feature for 0.2.0 release and enabled by default: @fitzthum could you help add this at section what's new?

I´d add a note saying that SELinux support is not yet added in the host side, so whoever is using that should set SELinux to permissive.

This follows the same idea as CRI-O or OpenShift support. We never said we'd support those, but we make a explicit note that those are not yet supported.
