Add Qi Feng as a maintainer #661

Friends, what about add Qi Feng as a maintainer for guest-components and trustee in group? https://github.com/orgs/confidential-containers/teams/kbs-maintainers https://github.com/orgs/confidential-containers/teams/guest-components-maintainers

Qi Feng developed the IBM SE driver and refined the attestation API accordingly, he is willing to continue maintain IBM SE attestation drivers and do more contributions to remote attestation like initdata and it's digest etc.
