The sev-snp-measure open-source tool can do everything that
tools/calculate_sev_launch_digest.py does, as well as compute SEV-ES
launch digests.
Since it's a helper tool for simple-kbs and not core functionality,
remove its code from simple-kbs and direct end-users in the README to
use sev-snp-measure.
